Mac2Switch

Privacy Policy

Effective

This policy describes how https://mac2switch.app handles information. The site is operated by Guangzhou Crow Technology Co., Ltd. (广州鸦儿科技有限公司). Mac2Switch is a free, native macOS app for managing a Nintendo Switch from a Mac.

This policy covers the website. The app runs on your Mac. The site has no accounts, and the download does not ask for your name or email.

Information we process

The pages are static. The site does not run an analytics script, and it does not set its own cookies.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. When you open a page or download the installer, Cloudflare processes ordinary request logs. The operator can view those logs in Cloudflare to serve the site, keep it secure, and fix problems. A log entry can include the IP address, browser type, the URL requested, and the time of the request. A download is one of those requests. We do not keep a separate customer database, and we do not sell personal information.

If you email support@mac2switch.app, we receive your email address and the message so we can reply.

Cookies and ads

The site does not currently show ads, and it does not load Google AdSense.

If we later show third-party ads through Google AdSense, Google and other advertising vendors may place and read cookies on your browser, or use similar technologies, to serve and measure ads based on your visits to this site and other sites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on those visits. Where consent is required, we will ask before those cookies are set.

You can control cookies in your browser. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. Opt-out pages for some third-party vendors include aboutads.info and, for users in Europe, Your Online Choices. Google describes how it uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Third parties

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. The site does not require an account, so we usually cannot match a request log to a named person from a visit alone. To make a request, email support@mac2switch.app. We will reply within a reasonable time.

Children

The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have received a child’s information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The new version will be posted on this page, and the date above will change.
